ABOUT ASHLEY LALONDE

I’ve primarily worked as an actor and singer in New York City. I was recently seen in the hit Broadway musical Hamilton, where I covered all three Schuyler Sisters (Eliza, Angelica, and Peggy/Maria) on the national tour. In addition to Hamilton, I’ve performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Kennedy Center, and the American Repertory Theatre. Last year, I debuted my solo concert to a sold-out audience in Times Square. I’m a two-time published playwright and have appeared in several world premiere musicals and plays. I’m making my TV debut in a new Netflix limited series this year. For more on my acting career, see ashley-lalonde.com.While an undergraduate at Harvard University, I made history as the first ever Black woman to star in the Hasty Pudding Show (in nearly two centuries). My research spanned a myriad of topics, including religion and spirituality, race, gender, and identity, and Gen Z social and emotional wellbeing. I graduated early with a bachelor’s in Sociology, a minor in Theater, Dance, and Media, a certificate in Spanish, and an award for Artistic Excellence. In addition to my creative pursuits, I\'ve worked as a researcher, consultant, writer, strategist, and public speaker, working alongside a wide range of companies from big tech to faith-based nonprofits. My specialty is qualitative human-centric research.
