ABOUT LALITHA M SHETTY

With close to three decades of professional experience, I bring a unique blend of 20 years in Human Resources leadership and 9+ years as a professional social worker, shaping people, culture, and change with empathy and strategy.My journey began in social development — working with women in distress, street children, and later as a Social Welfare Officer at Manipal Hospital, where I led patient counseling, cadaver transplant coordination, free care evaluations, and CSR initiatives. This foundation instilled in me a strong sense of purpose and people-centric leadership.Transitioning into corporate HR, I joined Omega Healthcare in its early growth phase. Today, as Vice President – HR, I oversee the full HR spectrum across a global workforce spanning India, and the Philippines. I lead HRBP, Talent Management, Employee Lifecycle, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Statutory Compliance, DEI, and HR Digital Transformation.
