ABOUT LALITH VADLAMANNATI

Technology and Product leader with over 25 years of experience building products from scratch across the entire spectrum: large corporations (Amazon), medium sized organizations (i2 Technologies) and startups(Aledade, Hinge Health). I enjoy the process of innovation and problem solving - especially applying technology to disrupt hard to penetrate domains. At Aledade I am leveraging AI, ML and emerging technologies to empower physicians deliver better care for their patients and drive efficiencies in the healthcare system. At Hinge Health, I successfully upleveled the R&D organization by modernizing their infrastructure, establishing robust operational excellence and engineering processes, standardizing career ladders and launching international dev centers. Through the use of computer vision, generative AI, ML led personalization, process automation, as well as UX and hardware innovation we were able to bring down COGS significantly while growing billings in the last 3 years from $100M/y to ~$500M/y with 78% gross margins and positive free cash flow helping them prepare for a successful IPO. Prior to that I spent 13 years at Amazon where I led the unification of amazon\'s EU Fulfillment network and the launch of amazon eCommerce in Europe and India. I built and led Amazon India\'s 1400 people strong technology organization where we innovated at 10x the speed to meet the unique needs of the Indian customer growing revenue from $100M ARR to $10+ Billion. My team\'s innovations also helped accelerate amazon\'s success in other emerging markets (South America, Middle East, North Africa etc.).
