SAP access based on Transaction codes, object, table authorization using SUIM. Providing access structure for Sales Org. model in SAP linked systems. To ensure that only the authenticated users are granted access to the specific applications, systems, or IT environments for which they are authorized. Access provisioning and de-provisioning through mails and Ticketing tool. Handling Create/Delete/Modify User or Group Request, user accounts (name changes, User ID changes) request through BMC Remedy Service management tool and Emails. Application support, BRC (Business Role Catalog), analysing the roles criticality with Cross system CCA, Segregation of Duties (SoD). Preparing Fileshare, Sharepoint report access based on location and distributing role criticality report to corporate departments using SAP & IdM reporting 2.0 tool on monthly basis. Supporting for HR and tracking the new joiners Authorizations related to creation of user ID, employee type, level, and some of the basic tools for which joiners should have access on the same day. Responsible to provide online clearance from SAP IdM department and raise ticket to delete the user ID for relieving employees daily and tracking till the workflows get completed to ensure the users do not have any more SAP access in system Preparation of Monthly Status Reports for New Joiners data and queries, Prevention control, Detective control and BRC. Preparing Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 data and attending of Internal, Department level and Corporate Service level Audits for each Quarter Scheduling calls with Department Heads and GrMs to get feedback from them to remove the unwanted access that is not related to their project in Cardio Tool. Password Reset, deleting accounts in accordance with security & audit guideline
