Working with Service Delivery Manager to define Service Level Objectives for System Availability and Performance- B. Establish Service Level Agreements and work towards compliance- C. Define a Technlogy and Cybersecurity risk mitigation - D. Defining and executing long-term technology roadmap for continued interoperability2. Building a culture of continuous improvement by - A. Establishing standards for knowledge management- B. Developing a culture of open information sharing and enabling team to identify opportunities.3. Aligning and prioritizing IT Sprints with business goals.4. Engaging with customers to understand, and document their pain points. Development of a SWOT report for leadership within customer organization and laying out a roadmap for the long-term.5. Bring academic rigour to IT application management to improve application information documentation (AID), standard operating procedures (SOP), etc.6. Build RFP responses7. Development of Accelerators and Reusable Assets- Solving client pain points and presenting the learnings to larger Infosys CoE- Identifying potential candidates where the solution can be deployed with relative ease, lower cost.
