Lalit graduated as an Electrical Engineer from Pune University, India in 1991, and completed Diploma in Business Management in 1992. Last 3 decades he has had a rich working experience in fields of Power Electronics, Motors, Drives & Automation, MV & HV Substation equipment across industry sectors like railways, power T&D / generation, steel, cement, water & wastewater, mining, ports, and other heavy industries.From 1994 to 2007 Lalit was based out of Singapore. He worked for SIEMENS, Singapore responsible for Sales & Marketing in South East Asia. 2007 to 2012 he was with ABB responsible for railway business in India, Middle East & Africa.
