Together with my team, we\'ve worked hard to enhance operations across Fresh Milk, Curd, UHT Milk, and Ghee production—always with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement. Backed by Lean Six Sigma certification, I apply lean principles to reduce losses, streamline processes, and ensure action plans translate into measurable outcomes.Before this, I served as the National Operational Excellence Manager, where I led initiatives across 12 sites.
