Managing WC/Retail Agri Portfolio of INR 400 Crore across Mandsaur District Branches.• Managing Team strength of 15 Relationship Managers and 15 Sales officers of acquisition & portfolio. • Nurturing & activation of external channel partners like DSA, CA & others• To manage soft collection on delinquency BKT-1 clients. • NPA management • Analysis of audited financial finding banking track records and preparation of Credit Approval Memo (CAM) in support of the case in order to sanction the purpose of the credit and risk team. • To nurture support channels like technical, legal, operations on remote locations for smoother disbursement. To keep an eye on thorough monitoring of existing portfolio hygiene such as stock statement submission and updation, stock audit, stock insurance, property insurance etc. in regular intervals duration • Looking after the Legal Matters relating to the Mortgaged Properties such as Search, Legal Audit of the Title Deeds and Valuation of the various immovable properties taken as collateral for the loans. • Having Sound Knowledge of the Financial Statements and other policies as required for the appraisal of a Corporate Client. • Looking after the compliance’s issues raised point out during the various routine audits.
