Currently I am handling Key Global Accounts for Tata Chemicals at the Country Level. These accounts operate in two different business segments (Glass & Detergents) and consume different products of Tata Chemicals. These accounts contribute more than quarter of domestic sales volumes of Tata Chemicals – Inorganic Chemicals division. Other than Sales function, a qualified External Business Assessor of Tata Group ((Gold Medalist) done about 7 internal / external business assessment, Sustainability Assessor, Affirmative action assessor, Sustainability Assessor & Internal Auditor. Have trained over 100 Tata Chemicals executives in Business Assessment. Was part of team to have written Tata Chemical\'s First Integrated TBEM application. I am quite active other activities of organization viz, Volunteering for the social causes, event management etc,Global Account Management- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with TCL’s Major Global Accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction through collaborative approaches in various fields of New Product development, Digitization, New delivery mechanism, ensuring delivery & service quality norms- Managing the operational effectiveness through proper operational compliances, commercial adherence, timely project management.Highlights: Received Best supplier award twice in Inorganics Category in India from Unilever in 2014 & 2016. Actively worked with all Global Supplier to consistency increase on Y-O-Y basis Sales volume for Soda Ash. Increased product portfolio with Global customers from 2 to 5 products. Part of team driving New Products through collaborations of R&D teams of TCL & other organizations on Green Chemicals and assisting in other Sustainable solutions.
