About Lalit Chandra Trivedi
Four decades at the heart of India\'s railway infrastructure — from Mumbai\'s suburban network to Dedicated Freight Corridors, from rolling stock policy to lender-side project finance. I served Indian Railways for 38+ years, retiring at Apex Grade — equivalent to Secretary to Government of India. During this time I held General Manager-level charge across operations, traction, rolling stock, and infrastructure, with 20 years directly associated with Mumbai\'s suburban rail network — one of the world\'s busiest. Today, as CEO of LCT Engineers, I advise lenders, project developers, mining companies, and global OEMs on railway infrastructure investment, technical evaluation, and project finance.
