Every article starts with a conversation; my job is to shape that conversation into something worth reading.and worth remembering. I begin by interviewing each contributor to capture their unique voice, key insights, and the \'secret sauce\' that defines their leadership style, while helping them to refine their topics and talking points.After writing the article draft, I collaborate with each contributor throughout the editing process, ensuring the final piece aligns with their vision, reflects their expertise, and adheres to Forbes\' style guide. I also write the social copy that makes them look sharp on LinkedIn, and monitor the analytics so we know which posts performed and why.
