I have over 11 years of total experience in which 8 years are in the beverage can manufacturing industry, specializing in quality control engineering.Throughout my career, I\'ve honed my skills in conducting audits such as QMS, EMS, OHS, and BRCGS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.I successfully trained and mentored new hires, helping them develop essential skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.In my previous role, In the automobile sector (piaggio vehicles), I served as a Inprocess Quality Engineer, overseeing various aspects of quality control within the manufacturing process.In the metal industry (Hindalco), I transitioned into the role of Production Supervisor, where I oversaw day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production processes and timely delivery of products. As a Production Supervisor, my responsibilities included: Team leadership, production planning and scheduling, quality assurance, health and safety compliance, continuous improvement. Overall, my experience as a Production Supervisor in the metal industry allowed me to develop strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production floor.In the packaging industry (Canpack), I applied my skills as a Quality Engineer to ensure the quality and safety of packaging products. I conducted thorough inspections and tests to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications. I implemented statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and maintain process stability. Through continuous monitoring and analysis, I identified areas for improvement and implemented corrective measures to enhance overall quality performance.
