As Head of Consumer Lending and Analytics, I led national expansion of the business, spearheaded the digital transformation of originations and servicing customer experience, and developed new consumer lending origination and line management platforms. No stranger to crisis, when the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the economy, I worked with the team to build and launch Paycheck Protection Program product for PNC that provided critical support to over small businesses. During the Global Financial Crisis, I built and led PNC’s Asset Resolution Team to manage over $30B of criticized & classified assets. I joined PNC after partnering with National City Corporation’s C-suite to stabilize the bank’s corporate balance sheet and turning around its Retail Bank. In additional to fostering exceptional teams at work, I am also passionate about supporting my community as a Board Director for Second Avenue Commons, focused on comprehensive support for homeless Pittsburgh area.
