Akash is a self motivated individual with keen interest in Capital Markets and Finance with more than 2.5 years of experience in RFI/RFP/DDQ roles in Asset Management and Electronic Trading. He recently started working with TIAA. Previously, he was employed at Morgan Stanley as an Associate, where he was responsible for completing RFIs, RFPs and DDQs for Morgan Stanley Electronic Trading (MSET) products for global region in Instituitional Equity Divison. Additionally, he picked additional responsibility of Client Selection Committee (CSC) for Derivatives Products where he was responsible to complete onboarding forms, BG Checks and handling account opening for new opportunities by coordinating with Coverages and Quorum for EMEA Region.Previously, he was an Analyst at Acuity Knowledge Partners in the Financial Marketing Services Division. Where he drafted DDQs and complete ad hoc requests for more than 50 UK/Irish dominciled funds for UK leading Asset Management firm on different platforms like Door and AssetQ using content database named Qvidian with high accuracy and efficiency. He contributed in up ranking the client for response maintenance in AssetQ from 126th position to top 5 in span of 5 months.He created a blog website named Finance Talks with Sky that narrates about Personal Finance, and Investing to the people with non financial background to make them understand easily. The blog site has been discontinued now. He is an MBA graduate from Bangalore North University with Finance specialization. In undergraduate, he holds Bachelor of Commerce - BCom from Gujarat University.
