Civil Engineering graduate currently working as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) at Kshema Power. My on-site experience has given me a grounded understanding of project execution, resource management, and the complexities of large-scale renewable energy infrastructure.Currently deployed on the 66MW Amba WTG Project, where I handle site supervision with a focus on Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundations—including excavation, anchor cage alignment, and concreting. I also manage critical site operations like dewatering and stakeholder coordination to ensure project timelines are met.Beyond civil execution, I have developed a strong interest in the logistical side of engineering—specifically Supply Chain Management (SCM)—and am keen to explore how efficient material flow impacts project success.Always open to connecting with professionals in Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, and Supply Chain logistics.
