Consulting expertise in providing economical solutions for new and existing manufacturing plants in different industries including agriculture, food, pharmaceutical. I can look at plans, designs, programming, equipment, materials to understand form/fit/function to maximize ROI, minimize risk of unplanned downtime and to enhance maintainability. I have worked for a number of well-known companies and observed the best and worst implementations of plants and equipment. Like a game of chess I see more than a few paths to meet objectives of cost, resources and timeline. I\'ve seen where some companies spend years overthinking something where others are fast to adopt a fitting plan and execute expediently. I am also knowledgeable of coaching and mentoring the behaviors to help drive results in alignment with corporate vision and strategy. I can oversee design of control systems including the software development and the mechanical and electrical systems.I am excited by the possibility to someday be corporate/executive-level streamiling existing plants while developing new plants for a major corporation who I could respect. The skills and talents of your employees and costs of your contractors shouldn\'t hold you back from achieving your best profit margin, everything can be done affordably, just give me a team to direct and I will teach the technologies as needed. I have directly designed and programmed entire processing lines and I can ensure that the work is performed to my standard (that exceeds most corporations, except those who turned me loose to develop truly great processing systems.)
