The transition to Assoc. Dir. DD & IT OPS Solution Architecture marks a significant evolution in my professional journey, bringing forth a deep blend of software engineering expertise, industrial connectivity, and digital transformation leadership. My role encompasses extensive experience in pharma manufacturing systems, with a specialization in IT/OT convergence and seamless integration across equipment, platforms, and enterprise layers.My focus extends beyond integrating Enterprise Data Historian into operations—leveraging HighByte Intelligence Hub and OT Gateways within an event-driven architecture to enable real-time equipment integration, standardized data models, and Unified Namespace (UNS) implementation. These capabilities ensure asset harmonization, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end visibility across critical pharmaceutical manufacturing lines.Emerging trends and GenAI further strengthen this architecture by enabling predictive maintenance for critical assets, automated MES batch record analysis, contextual alarm management aligned with ISA-18.2, and intelligent digital twins that learn and adapt over time. Combined with advanced analytics, these innovations open new opportunities for compliance-by-design, process optimization, and autonomous decision support across pharma operations. My expertise in OT protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT Sparkplug B, BACnet, and others) ensures interoperability across diverse systems, fully aligned with ISA-95 and GxP frameworks.Through collaborative innovation, I continuously push the boundaries of IT/OT integration in pharma, driving operational excellence, advanced analytics adoption, and industry-leading digital transformation.
