In this role, I have managed to transform the Middleware Support function into a highly reliable and efficient team that delivers value to the organization.Apart from my technical achievements, I possess excellent communication skills and have a high degree of customer orientation, which enables me to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver solutions that meet or exceed the customer expectations. I am also adept at managing stakeholders and business partners to gather requirements, assess impact and provide guidance on best practices to ensure the overall success of the project.During my tenure as a Project Manager for AMS-Dedicated (Middleware/ WDI & Control-M) Team, I have made significant contributions to the team by streamlining the middleware support process and reducing the Incident resolution time by implementing the best practices, automating the manual tasks and identifying the root cause of problems. I have also been successfully involved in middleware product selection, performance tuning, capacity planning, security hardening, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery planning.In conclusion, I am a driven and experienced Middleware Technology and PM role with a track record of delivering excellent results.
