ABOUT LAKSHYA PRAKASH AGARWAL

Lakshya Agarwal is a Forward Deployed Engineer at Tavily, where he bridges the gap between frontier research and implementation for clients. Previously, he worked on Bain & Company\'s Private Equity Innovation team, where he developed and scales AI-native solutions to transform investment workflows. His work focuses on applying large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and machine learning to modernize diligence, automate analysis, and enable data-driven decision-making across the private equity lifecycle.Before that, Lakshya worked in Bain’s Private Equity Center of Excellence, supporting due diligences and building automation tools using Python, Alteryx, and emerging ML technologies. He holds a Master of Management in Analytics from McGill University, where he specialized in data science, ML engineering, and GenAI systems, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi, with a strong foundation in statistics and econometrics.Lakshya\'s interests lie in building production-grade AI systems - from retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and LLMOps to scalable evaluation pipelines. He is passionate about bridging deep tech with real business value and frequently shares insights through writing and side projects.
