Roles and Responsibilities• Reporting to Director HR and involved in Semiconductor and Embedded staffing for India and USA positions• Currently handling positions i.e. Emulation(HAPS, Cadence Palladium, Synopsys Zebu), Design Verification(Arm/Risc-V/CPU/Ethernet/PCIE/CXL/AMS), Physical Design(ICC/Innovus), RTL Design(ASIC/SOC/FPGA), DFT, Synthesis and STA, Analog Mixed Signal Design / Layout Engineers, CAD for an Internal/ODC/Turnkey/Fulltime/Contract basis basis.• Research and analyzing the job specifications and source, screen and shortlist the qualified candidates through various modes like Professional Networking Sites, search engines, social media and other VLSI/IC networking sites/Forums/Blogs/Communities/ articles and internal database, employee references.• Handling Vendors and make sure they start sharing the candidates within TAT.• On a daily basis preparing hundreds of Infographic / PowerPoint / text-oriented Job templates/Banners/Posters and posting in various Professional Networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, Free Job Portals, VLSI Blogs/Forums/Allumnies / Communities and other social media sites.Achievements:• Successfully placed SME’s like emulation/Haps/Zebu/Palladium/SOC Integration/DFT/STA/CPU DV Contracting and Subcontractors VLSI high Quality Design Verification(Arm/Risc-V/CPU/PCIE/CXL/AMS), Physical Design(ICC/Innovus), RTL Design(ASIC/SOC/FPGA), in Start-up/Mid-sized Product customers for Turnkey and customer projects in India and USA regions for Boeing, Tesla, Samsung, Amazon, Meta, Broadcom customers
