Develop and maintain Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P & IDs) to ensure accurate system design representation• Responsible for preparing conceptual designs, detailed system layouts, incorporating heating and cooling utilities• Manage and perform various aspects of design including piping arrangement drawing, isometric drawing, piping list, piping insulation standard• Participate in engineering reviews to assess replacement routes for construction feasibility, ensuring project viability• Manage design process for Temperature control units, components, parts, assemblies, subassemblies, including drafting and dimensioning• Create Master Project Plans to ensure timely execution and delivery, System Architecture, Schemes to define project scope and requirements• Prepare Bill of Quantity(BOQ) and technical specifications during detailed engineering phase, contributing to project efficiency and cost management• Prepare comprehensive Master Instruments List (MIL), Input/Output (IO) budget, scope of work documentation for Electrical and Instrumentation projects• Prepare structural frame plans, construction drawings, including interconnect piping, Tank GA, nozzle detail drawings, shell, dish development drawings• Review and approve vendor documents, drawings to ensure compliance with project standards• Share approved documents with Production and Quality teams to support material planning in alignment with project requirements• Strategically positioned systems within site layouts and collaborated with field teams to ensure precise piping installations• Handle Engineering Change Control to ensure design integrity and project progression• Prepared comprehensive fitting lists, tags, nameplates for skids and tanks, ensuring accurate identification and compliance with industry standards
