With over 20 years of experience in Learning, admin functions. I am a seasoned professional who currently leading Procurement function at Hyundai Motor India Engineering. As part of job rotation for senior leaders handled general admin and Procurement function. now with this experience can handle the admin function and can add value to the job assigned with 360 degree view of entire gamut of admin functions. I am passionate about designing and delivering learning and talent initiatives that align with the organizational strategy and culture, and that enhance the capabilities and performance of our employees. As a certified facilitator from Dale Carnegie and SHRM, I have facilitated programs on leadership, soft skills, and behavioral topics at all levels, both in India and abroad. I have also spearheaded various interventions for internalizing the core values of Hyundai, and received the Excellent Core Value Ambassador Award in 2017.
