   I have practiced immigration law exclusively for over nineteen years. I am the managing attorney of the law firm Challa Law Offices in Richmond, VA. I handle all aspects of employment and family-based immigration law, including extensive experience in strategizing and preparing high-volume employment- based petitions and permanent residency applications. I also advise clients on visa processing at the consular level and meet regularly with consular officials. I also represent clients in Department of Labor investigations and advise employers on immigration and I-9 compliance. Challa Law was re-appointed by the office of the Virginia Attorney General as Special Counsel on immigration matters. I am an adjunct professor at the University of Richmond, where I teach Immigration Compliance to Human Resources personnel.
