In my current role I work on Key HR Projects and Strategy for HighRadius\' North America and EMEA employees. Most recent focus has been centred around designing a compensation plan that takes into account performance that is objective and has measurable Output and Input KPIs. I use analytics to advise the CHRO on employee decisions and demystify employee sentiment through structured and rigorous engagement.
