ABOUT LAKSHMI RAMAMURTHY

In my 22+ years of journey in the Data, Analytics, and consulting industry, i have learnt valuable lessons around how business leaders and domain experts operate, prioritize, decide, act, and reflect. While their success measures drive their day-day business activities, these stakeholders have the ambition to do so much more for their LoB. Some have the vision but lack the \"how\", some can get resources but lack a vision, and some others have resources but don\'t know how to utilize them. But they all have the ambition to do more with their time and their teams. I have seen in practice that using data (known, unknown) and applying the various facets of analytical methodologies (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive, real-time, generative, autonomous, and more) can drive significant business impact for stakeholders in all stages of their maturity. Innovation in business is a hard-earned outcome. Data and Analytics are great equalizers for business leaders\' right of experimentation and evolving the art of possible for their business. I have spent the best part of my 22+ years career in making this a reality for businesses - both as an employee working for the LoB, and as an external consultant providing services. There are no shortage of problems that businesses face today, and their complexity will increase with ever-evolving customers, technologies, industry economics, and relevant value propositions. Applying analytical methodologies to data for solving business problems has been my greatest strength and passion.
