My daily responsibilities include handling P1/P2 incidents, monitoring alerts, managing ServiceNow tickets, coordinating with different support teams, and ensuring timely issue resolution—all while maintaining high service standards in a 24/7 support environment.Throughout my time in this role, I’ve gained firsthand experience in technical operations, system reliability, and efficient communication, which has sparked my interest in Cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
