1 Team Leadership and Management-Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the efficient execution of daily cleaning tasks, ensuring high levels of performance and service delivery-Develop, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence and ensure alignment with Sodexo’s quality standards.2 Housekeeping Operations-Oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations including cleaning, waste management, laundry services, and restroom sanitation, ensuring consistency and cleanliness standards-Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping tasks, including daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized services-Perform regular audits of cleaning tasks, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards and customer satisfaction.3 Health, Safety, and Compliance-Ensure all housekeeping services comply with local and national health and safety regulations-Enforce the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment by conducting regular training sessions on safe work practices and safety procedures. Conduct routine safety audits and ensure that potential risks or hazards are identified and mitigated promptly-Maintain accurate documentation of safety practices and incident reports, as necessary.5 Client Relationship Management-Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with housekeeping services and address any concerns or service requests promptly-Collaborate with clients to tailor housekeeping services to their specific needs and ensure their expectations are consistently met or exceeded.6 Reporting and Documentation-Maintain detailed records of all housekeeping tasks, staff performance, inventory, and client feedback.Provide regular reports to management and clients regarding the status of housekeeping operations, safety compliance, and any issues requiring attention-Document and report any incidents, accidents, or health and safety concerns in compliance with company protocols.
