Role: Automation Support Lead Client: Honeywell Technology Solutions• Planning and executing RPA initiatives for the finance organization• Create MOS with stakeholders, record minutes of the meeting, and follow up on actions• Ensure all RPA projects are delivered in accordance with the defined Honeywell framework and ensure all project documents are updated in the repository for audit• Work with application owners for access provisioning of all the required applications well ahead of time, follow-up, or escalate until closure• Track risks/issues and escalate to business as needed• Work with the business team closely during user acceptance testing, integration, and deployment• Review and Assign support tickets to the team members• Handle escalations by conducting meetings with the stakeholders and providing a regular updates to the stakeholders on the ticket status• Conduct performance review meetings and 1-1 for the team members. Review progress and provide feedback• Maintain BOT calendar to ensure resources are planned during month-end, Qtr. End and Yearly activities• Maintain BOT capacity utilization tracker to ensure the number of virtual machines and used and plan capacity for new BOT deployment• Work with project managers, solution architects, and developers during deployment and handover to ensure a smooth transition from developer to support team memberSkills: Project Management · Robotic Process Automation (RPA) · Microsoft Power Automate · Microsoft Office
