   Part of Enterprise Intelligence Centre of Excellence with a focus on helping clients create value from strategic IT and business system investments, better managing high risk areas, and rationalizing and optimizing IT spending for better ROI. Served as PMO lead on strategic initiative for developing the pricing and profitability strategy and deliverables for North American Advisory Practice. Worked with leadership and regional managing partners in USA on this BOD initiative. For a Utility Leader, EY developed a Hyperion Essbase (ASO) application to address headcount and overtime reporting. Saji helped the team on Project Plan and its execution of this challenging project. Saji also helped data integration work lead to address the complex and stringent data management requirements of the client. For Mayo Clinic, prepared the report and presentation on comparison between Host analytics, Hyperion and SAP BPC systems for their consolidation, planning & budgeting and reporting needs.
