About Lakshay Sharma
My interest area is \'Research & Development\' in Mechanical Industry especially in Renewable Resources Development sector. I have pursued B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (20••••17) from Manav Rachna University, Faridabad, India and have worked on five projects under the banner of \'Renewable Resources Development\' during graduation period. Design of a PCM enclosure to maintain 293K temperature of medium Powered Liquid Laser system during night. Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) and Phase Changing Material (PCM) have been used without using any external power source to maintain 293K temperature of 2*2*2m enclosure at \'Laser Science and Technology Centre (LASTEC), DRDO\' under the guidance of Scientists \'F\' & \'D\'. Currently research paper has been presented in National Conference on ESTESME-2017. 2.Design and Development of Assistive bicycle to store the energy getting waste during application of brakes and utilizing it further with the help of a flywheel and EDC mechanism (Designed by us). I led a team of 8 students and recovered 12.25 % energy and a research paper on it has been presented in \'National Conference on Advances in Mechanical Engineering-2016\' 3. Design and Development of Day-Night Solar Cooker with the help of PCM and a 250W heater to make it usable during any weather condition. Designed a Solar Powered Reciprocating Piston Mechanism to make it usable for many Mechanical applications like solar pump, solar wood & metal cutting operation, etc. Designed and Installed a Solar mobile and laptop charging station in University. Apart from it I have been good in academics and in co-curricular activities like I was a member of Student Placement Committee (SPC) and have been quarter finalist in GD pro continuously for two years.
