About Laksha Ahuja
I’m a Product Manager working across e-commerce, retail, and digital operations. A lot of my work sits at the point where customer experience meets the systems that power it - from customer journeys to internal tools and fulfilment workflows.I like taking messy, cross-functional problems and turning them into clear, usable products that help both customers and the teams behind the scenes. I’ve worked on conversational commerce, Try at Home, POS and operations tooling, and a few early experiments with AI for creative and workflow automation.I enjoy fast-paced environments, working closely with design, engineering, and ops, and building things that actually make a difference. Still learning, still iterating, and always curious about how better product thinking can improve how people shop and how teams work.
