Hey there! Lakhan here, and I\'m thrilled to have you visit my profile. Thanks for stopping by! I\'m not your typical chemical engineering undergraduate student at NIT Raipur. Instead of sticking to the traditional engineering path, I\'ve been on a wild adventure exploring everything else under the sun! But here\'s the interesting part: my journey took an unexpected turn when I discovered the power of community. As a Hindi medium background student, I faced challenges in conversing in English. However, instead of letting it hold me back, I immersed myself in communities and boy, did it change my life! It worked wonders for me. I took charge of India\'s largest freelance community, MarkitUpX, organizing exciting events and reaching out to speakers to share their wisdom on entrepreneurship, freelancing, tech, writing, and various other skills. Fast forward to my role as a community manager intern at Pesto Tech, and I can confidently say it\'s one of the most incredible cultures I\'ve ever experienced. The people here are simply amazing! My work revolves around the art of cold emailing and convincing talented tech folks to share their expertise at Pesto. I handle all speaker communications and take care of the behind-the-scenes magic. Then, I started working as a Program Manager at IPLIX Media, where I build a curriculum and execute mentorship sessions for the growth of mini-creators.
