I’m a Senior Project Manager who enjoys the core work of project management: planning, executing, and overseeing projects from soup to nuts.My experience spans custom application development, Power BI and other business intelligence initiatives, and ERP/BC implementations. I work with a wide range of companies and stakeholders, adapting my approach while maintaining structure, consistency, and accountability.My academic background includes an undergraduate degree in Economics, and an MBA with an emphasis in IT Management, complemented by formal study in psychology. This combination informs how I approach projects by understanding systems and tradeoffs, anticipating human dynamics, and aligning technical work with business objectives.I value clear expectations, thoughtful planning, and steady communication. My goal on every project is to reduce uncertainty, keep teams aligned, and deliver outcomes that reflect what was agreed to.I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and unwinding with a good book or podcast
