I am a certified High Fidelity Wraparound Family Support Partner. I work with the families of youth who have challenges with behavior, mental, resource access, and goal setting. Through a prescribed process, we are able to see families set their own goals and achieve them within a typical 12-18 month span. This is achieved through Child & Family Team meetings, weekly check-ins, ongoing analysis, and use of community resources.
