I am a Managing Director at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, with over 20 years of public accounting experience in providing quality audits to clients. My experiences include conducting, supervising and reviewing quarterly and annual audits of large multinational companies within based in the United States and abroad. I have been directly involved with numerous SEC filings and is experienced in the reporting requirements for complex transactions, including carve-out audits and initial public offerings. Also during this time I have expanded my reach to begin to serve private growth companies.I am also passionate about community involvement. I was a founding member of the Deloitte Cornerstone Career Pathways (“DCCP”) Program, a program that provides curriculum in various areas of business, as well as internship opportunities for Detroit high school students. I also participate on the boards of the Detroit Leadership Academy and the Michigan Roundtable for Diversity and Inclusion, the Michigan Association of CPA’s Diversity and Inclusion Task Force, while also managing relationships with numerous organizations including: United Way of Southeastern Michigan, Gleaners Community Foodbank of Southeastern Michigan, YMCA of Metro Detroit, and Habitat for Humanity.I received my Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accountancy from Eastern Michigan University. I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Michigan.
