I\'m a UX strategist, with a branding and marketing background. I have more than 15 years of experience working with design - 12 years working with UX, in a variety of projects and responsibilities. During my career, I’ve given talks, workshops, and lead projects and teams.What moves me as a designer is working with people; listening, observing and interacting with them. Understanding their real needs and balancing it with business goals. Turning research into smart business decisions. Turning complex workflows into easy and intuitive navigation. Changing, adjusting and iterating, to take the right turn. I’m always studying and working to improve my skills. I’m interested in people’s behaviors, technology, and innovation. Also in my free time, I’m a rock climber:)
