About Laine H.
My name is Laine Hursh and I am an undergraduate admission counselor at DePaul University in Chicago Illinois. Before that, attended Denison University where I played varsity golf, while also working as a senior docent, orientation leader, orientation coordinator, and department fellow. As an admission counselor, I develop and maintain partnerships with students, counselors, and families all across the New England region and Ohio. Recruitment and counseling the students and families I work with is one of my favorite parts of my role. My project areas as a counselor include on campus events, communications, and assisting with our tour guide program. I am an adaptable, strategic, collaborative, creative, and enthusiastic professional. I highly value my teammates and value all opportunities to think critically about how we can become even better.
