I develop and deliver comprehensive, customized training programs designed to simplify complex workflows, ensure seamless adoption of all Epic applications, and enhance both clinical and operational outcomes.A core part of my role involves close collaboration with analysts to align training initiatives with organizational goals and optimize system workflows. By understanding the unique needs of each client, I ensure that training content addresses specific challenges and enables users to maximize the capabilities of Epic’s tools.In addition to comprehensive training for analysts, I also provide in-depth training for clinical and administrative staff through curated virtual and in-person courses.
