Over the summer, I focused on a project to optimize product login processes, resulting in improved user experience and team efficiency. Under this project, I developed methodology and discussion guides, moderated 28 stakeholder and user interviews to test mockups, analyzed findings in Figma, and proposed solutions to a team of 17 junior and senior UX researchers and designers. I also reviewed user interviews, conducted affinity diagramming, and presented insights to a discovery science and business development team of 15 people to guide product development for a preclinical cancer app. Currently, I am taking notes for remote user research interviews, capturing and tagging insights, and contributing to debrief sessions to support in-development apps for Schizophrenia, Major Depressive Disorder, and Opioid Use Disorder.
