I’m a Data Analyst who enjoys getting into the details of how a business actually runs. My background as both a Data Analyst and a Trainee Business Analyst means I don’t just look at numbers; I look for the \'why\' behind them. At Armstrong, I’ve gotten really good at spotting errors in messy data and turning those findings into clear reports that help teams make better decisions. I’m at my best when I’m acting as the link between technical data and the people who need to use it. Also working on projects at BA national, I’ve been applying what I learned at BA National directly to my role at Armstrong. For example, instead of just fixing a data error, I use the Root Cause Analysis techniques I studied to figure out why the error happened in the first place, so we can fix the process, not just the spreadsheet.
