WORK HISTORY
Open Data & Semantic Data Intern @National Science Foundation Nsf
This project was presented at the 2026 Annual MaRDA Meeting and won the Poster Competition in the student category. Experimental data is often stored in semi-structured formats. They\'re human interpretable but not machine readable. This solution entails an ontology-based annotation pipeline to parse the CSV data, create ontology framed RDF triples, create a knowledge graph, and serialize into JSON-LD and TTL formats- Developed Python pipeline scripts to process JSON and CSV data and convert them into machine readable, ontology-annotated open data sets (JSON-LD, Turtle)- Designed Jupyter Notebooks to demonstrate annotation workflow to help non-technical users understand and use the data- Created visualizations and documentation using Miro and Protege mapping the Python script pipeline- Prepared 75+ real-world datasets annotated with ontology concepts, adhering to FAIR principles
