Developed a proof of concept that integrates blockchain technology into the ETF\'s redemption and creation process to increase the security, efficiency, and privacy for the ETF global market team. Using blockchain would decrease the number of emails by 200+ per order by establishing a distributed ledger between the authorized participant, issuer, and the custodian. • Integrated two new features on iShares.com. The first feature is to reprocess orders rejected by BlackRock on the US, Mexico, and Asia servers for the IT support team and the clients. The second feature is the implementation of a cancel & delete function for orders rejected by both parties. By adding this function, the dashboard can be easily be cleaned to provide more precise real-time data.
