   Customer success and consultancy: More than 10 long term development consultancies(3 months+) and 40 short term engagements onsite for enterprise customers including many Fortune 500 companies- Design the solution architecture of the new customer projects and features for existing projects using different products. I was able to simplify the solution architecture of many projects- Leads customer projects in development. Improved the best practice adoption in the projects in general which cut maintenance costs by 25% on average. The highlight is building efficient product development processes and pipelines- Interview and select the best talent from the industry to grow product R&D teams as well as customer solution development teams- Mentored more than 6 new hires - junior team members to prepare them to successfully provide solutions that increase customer satisfaction. Highlights of mentoring were to provide proper time estimates and guide them in covering the best practices- Development of customer projects ground up and completed within provided time frames. Java OOP language and Python scripts as main language technologies. WSO2 Analytics, ELK, Splunk, Datadog, and Dynatrace are some system monitoring and log analysis I worked with- More than 14 engagements totaling 7 years of work experience onsite starting from 2013 up to 2022.
