ABOUT DUSTIN GASPARD

Born and raised in New Iberia, LA, only 20 minutes away from Lafayette, begin to learn the real estate market at young age. With a degree in drafting and design, I worked along side with one of the top architectural architects, Perry Segura, beginning in 2007 for 4 years designing and drafting school buildings around Louisiana. In 2011, I committed myself to becoming proficient in all aspects of Real Estate and was then hired by one of the top residential and commercial Appraisers, Bill Elliot, where I devoted my time in advancing my skills. In turn, myself and my brother Derek, business partner, and a professional photographer & videographer, founded Parish Pix, a company specializing in Real Estate. Parish Pix, still in business today, went on to capture most of the top agents and others in the Lafayette Area by helping them to promote and market all of their listings. Maintaining a successful company, I attended an abundance of seminars and researched a great deal of books pertaining to everything Real Estate. While continuing to excel in my trade I began to invest in all types of Real Estate with my father and brother. Becoming a Realtor was next in the cards and would advance my career. After a short few months, obtained my license for Louisiana. I promote myself to helping grow communities by helping buyers find their dream home or sellers triumph over their hurdles of selling their home. Most of all it helped to find even better deals and make long lasting connections. In 2019 I founded Lodgeful, a short term rental management company. We created an amazing team of cleaners, managers, and directors that help us succeed everyday in maintaining owners STR\'s for them (Airbnb). I have a book coming out soon in the beginning of 2023 for anyone looking to open up an Airbnb business. Also by mid to late 2023 we will be providing an amazing online coaching course with double the amount of knowledge. Not enough? Ask to get one on one consulting with me!
