WORK HISTORY
Senior Principal of Community, Belonging and Learning @Humane World for Animals
Washington, DC, US
In this position, I lead the development and execution of a global strategy for the organization’s ‘community and belonging’ work. This includes supporting the implementation of that strategy across all teams and geographies. I oversee the infusion of community and belonging in strategy and planning processes and outputs by collaborating with a wide set of internal collaborators and organizational leaders—creating spaces where employees feel valued and connected while also positioning the organization as a trusted partner and contributor within the communities it serves worldwide. My role blends culture-building with external engagement, ensuring the organization fosters meaningful impact at every level. Furthermore, I provide leadership on developing an effective strategy and planning cycle, focusing on internal learning opportunities to build capacity to operationalize our values and structure.
