I am an Engineering Consultant with over 20+ years of diversified engineering experience in Information Technology (IT), Mechanical, and Plant/Facilities Engineering in industries ranging from Real Estate management to software product management. This engineering experience helps me to understand the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for real estate, plant/facilities management and asset management as they interrelate to provide financial and operational visibility to management. I am currently supporting implementations for an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and/or Integrated Work Management System (IWMS) for the government. I am utilizing my experience to design/build, test and deploy to ERP systems capable of optimizing processes focused on real estate and asset management, supply chain efficiency, process control, regulatory compliance, and financial trace-ability.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the management of Functional and/or Technical solutions for EAM or IWMS systems like IBM Maximo MAS 9 or TRIRIGA.Client: Department of Defense – WHS Gathered and analyzed business requirements from maintenance, operations, and asset management teams to configure and enhance EAM systems (e.g, IBM Maximo/TRIRGA). Led functional design sessions and translated business needs into detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment with asset lifecycle and reliability best practices. Configured EAM modules including work order management, preventive maintenance, asset hierarchy, and inventory control to support enterprise-wide asset strategies. Supported successful implementation and upgrade projects by conducting UAT, creating training documentation, and delivering user training sessions. Collaborated with IT and development teams to troubleshoot system issues, streamline workflows, and improve system performance. Developed custom reports and dashboards for KPIs such as asset uptime, work order completion, and PM compliance. Ensured data quality and compliance through periodic audits and integration support with GIS, ERP, and mobile solutions. Acted as a subject matter expert (SME) in EAM practices, contributing to cross-functional process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
