ABOUT LAËTITIA EYSSARTEL
Over the past 10 years, I\'ve been working in the nonprofit sector in the areas of social justice and the environment. I am a self-started, problem solver and goal oriented individual. I find the most joy in my work when I\'m able to take an organization’s vision and work with various teams to make it a reality. I have an extensive experience in leading and managing projects and ensuring that teams stay on track both from a time and budget perspective. In my previous role as FoodShare\'s Senior Director, I provided strategic leadership to various areas of the organization including HR, Social Enterprises, IT, Volunteers and Facility. I use my passion for data and process to work alongside folks to find ways to improve processes, experiences, and impact for others, at every level of an organization. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my son, riding my bike and eating/sharing delicious food with friends and family.
