I advise French and foreign groups on their restructuring and reorganisation transactions involving high-stakes employment issues.My practice focuses on the employment law aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. I also assist companies on issues concerning senior executive appointments and departures, and on CEO and other executive compensation packages, as well as employee profit-sharing schemes.My recent experience notably includes advising:• Casino, leader in the French retail market, on its restructuring plan following the sale of all its hypermarkets and supermarkets • Courtepaille, French restaurant chain, on its restructuring plan in the context of its recovery proceedings • Impala and Neoen on the employment aspects of the take over bid initiated by Brookfield for 53,32% of Neoen• LVMH on the employment aspects of the acquisition of the Paris Match business from the Lagardère group• CMA CGM on the employment aspects of the acquisition of Altice Media (BFM and RMC), the leading player in live news in France, from Altice France• PSA on the employment law aspects of its merger project with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles to create the fourth largest global automotive OEM by volume and third largest by revenue• INEOS on the employment law aspects of (i) the acquisition of the Smart car manufacturing plant in Hambach, Moselle, from Daimler and (ii) the acquisition of OGC Nice football club from a group of Chinese-American investors• Ingenico on the employment law aspects of (i) the friendly share exchange offer launched by Worldline with a view to creating a new European leader and the fourth player in payment services worldwide and (ii) the subsidiarization of B&A/Retail France which were housed at the head holding company level• Ramsay Générale de Santé on the employment law aspects of its public offer on Capio AB, a healthcare group listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm and which is present in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany and France
