With over 20 years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, I’ve had the opportunity to create and lead high-performing teams and drive transformational growth across global markets. Specializing in oncology, hematology, and life sciences, I’ve worked in diverse environments, leading organizations through complex challenges and delivering sustainable, long-term success.Throughout my career, my focus has always been on creating strategic alignment across commercial, medical, regulatory, and operational functions. Whether in established markets, large (such as Germany, France US) or midsize or emerging regions like Turkey, Ukraine, Georgia, and Azerbaijan, I’ve been committed to driving market expansion and ensuring that innovative therapies reach those who need them most.My leadership approach centers around collaboration, empowerment, and fostering a shared sense of purpose within teams. I believe in creating environments where people feel supported and are given the autonomy to drive change.
