Clifton Strengths: Communication, Developer, Empathy, Futuristic, ArrangerAs the Executive Director of Education Trust of Alaska at the University of Alaska (UA), I oversee the state\'s 529 education savings plans and the UA Scholars Program, which provides scholarships to high-achieving Alaska high school graduates. Since 2013, I have developed and implemented innovative strategies to increase the participation, awareness, and impact of these programs, benefiting thousands of families and students.I have a BA in American Studies from Saint Michael\'s College, an M.Ed in Higher Education & Student Affairs from UVM, and multiple honors, including the Top 40 Under 40 award from the Alaska Journal of Commerce.
